Delivery & Lead Times
We aim to be transparent about how and when your order will be delivered. Because most of our products are made-to-order, delivery times are different from typical retail stores.
1. Standard Delivery Timeline
For custom teamwear and made-to-order items, delivery is typically 4–6 weeks from the date the group order (or "drop") closes.
The closing date is not the same as your order date — it is set by the person managing the order on behalf of your club, society, or organisation, in agreement with VARSA.
Once the drop closes, production begins and delivery timelines are estimated based on that date.
2. Who Sets the Drop Deadline?
Each club or team has a designated organiser (e.g. kit sec, captain, rep). That person works with VARSA to confirm the final closing date for the drop. This is the date we use to start our lead time estimate.
If you're unsure when your drop closes, please contact your organiser before ordering.
3. Can the Delivery Date Change?
Yes — although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can happen due to:

If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you (or your organiser) to keep you informed.
4. Shipping Method
We typically ship via Royal Mail or tracked couriers for UK deliveries.
International orders may take longer depending on customs and destination.
