Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the policy below to understand when and how you may return an item or request a refund.

1. Custom Products – No Returns (Unless Faulty)

Most items we sell are custom-made to order. This includes:

  • Teamwear designed for specific clubs, schools, or organisations

  • Products made in bulk or using group-specific colours or logos

  • Items without personalisation (name/number) but still made to order

These items are considered “custom” and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

  • Significantly different from the approved design

This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which excludes custom-made items from the usual return rights.


2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged or faulty

  • Not what you ordered

  • Incorrectly sized due to a production error

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at support@varsa.co.uk  with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and issue

  • A brief description

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue.


3. Stock (Non-Custom) Items

If we offer any general stock items (not custom-made), these may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days to request a return

  • You cover return shipping (unless the item is faulty)

To request a return, contact support@varsa.co.uk and include your order number.


4. Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you wish to cancel, email us immediately — if we haven’t yet begun production, we may be able to help.

Stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after confirmation.
We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.
