These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VARSA online store operated by End to End Production Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility & Use

You may purchase from our site regardless of location, but it is your responsibility to ensure that products comply with any local regulations outside the UK.

Orders may be placed on behalf of a group, club or team, but the person placing the order is the legal contracting party and is fully responsible for payment, compliance with these Terms, and managing distribution of the goods.

3. Products We Offer

Custom Products
Most of our items are custom-made to order, including teamwear, kits, and group-specific apparel — even if no individual name or number is included. These are considered “custom” under consumer law and are non-refundable except where faulty (see Section 8).

Stock Products
If we offer ready-made or general stock items, they may be eligible for standard returns under UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time.

4. Designs, Uploads & Intellectual Property

When submitting logos, images, or other materials for product customisation, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use all uploaded content.

  • You grant us permission to use your content solely to produce the ordered goods.

We will not reproduce or resell your design without your explicit written permission. If you do provide permission, we may use the design for resale or display (e.g., team stores or fan products).

All VARSA branding, designs, and content on our website are protected and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP or your local currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery & Lead Times

Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout and depend on the product type and destination.

  • For custom products, lead times vary depending on production schedules.

  • For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics issues. We will keep you informed of any significant changes.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@varsa.co.uk.

For stock items, you may cancel your order before it has shipped.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe the submitted content violates our content standards or third-party rights.

8. Returns & Faulty Goods

Custom Items:
These are non-returnable unless faulty, incorrect, or not as described. This applies even if no personalisation (e.g. name or number) is included, as all made-to-order designs are treated as custom.

Faulty Items:
If your product is defective or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery with images and order details. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Stock Items (if offered):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense (unless faulty).

9. Wholesale & B2B Orders

Wholesale orders or large quantity/team purchases may be subject to separate terms or pricing, which we will confirm in writing. These orders are also subject to the same return restrictions for custom goods.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We do not store payment card details. Data may be shared with trusted third parties (e.g. couriers, manufacturers) solely for order fulfilment.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers or suppliers)

  • Errors in custom designs submitted by you

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UK consumer law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date noted.
